My match ended up getting postponed and I was kinda stressed at first, cause I had no clue if my tickets were still gonna be valid or if I needed to do something.

Sportsevents365 got back to me after a couple days and explained the new date. Tickets stayed valid, so that was a relief. I just wish they sent the update a bit quicker, the waiting part wasnt great.

In the end it all worked out fine, so I cant complain too much. But yeah, sitting around not knowing what was going on was annoying. Not awful, not amazing either.

I had to cancel my tickets and put in a refund request. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up twice. Who wants to keep chasing a refund, right? I did get my money back in the end, so that was fine, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother.
